Nate Griffin / Founder & Solutions Engineer

Nate discovered that thermodynamics could read a business, the foundation behind KOM™. That insight is grounded in high-consequence execution, including nuclear security and Personnel Reliability Program protocols, and now drives Non-Permissive KOM™, surfacing a company's true Operational Mass™ months before it shows up in a performance re-rating.

Jeff Hoeller / Co-Founder & Business Strategist

Jeff has built businesses from the ground up, ran them, and exited for a return. He's scaled B2B companies to seven and eight-figure revenues and led multi-million dollar sales organizations. He knows strong companies are built on operational discipline and a repeatable growth engine. He brings that same standard to Msigma, testing whether a company's strategy can actually hold up at scale.

Bala Ganesh / Founder & Enterprise Architect

Bala built the software framework behind KOM™, bringing deep operational experience in technical due diligence, cybersecurity, IT operations, and digital transformation. A Six Sigma Black Belt with ITIL/ITSM expertise, he applies that same rigor and measurable standard to every KOM™ read, enhancing and building on undeniable technoscience.

Jonathan Callahan / IT Operations & Delivery

Jonathan brings a background in large-scale operations and program management across consumer technology, enterprise SaaS, and government systems. He's built supply chain operational models and led infrastructure overhauls for enterprise platforms. That same rigor, understanding exactly how a complex system actually runs, is what he brings to Msigma.

Rax Paynda / Market Growth, South & South Asia

Rax Paynda spearheads Msigma's market expansion across India and South Asia, building relationships across private capital markets and the businesses they invest in. He connects investors and enterprise leaders with what KOM™ shows about operational performance beyond the financials, from due diligence to portfolio visibility and value creation.

Eric Niemi / Financial Strategist

Eric leverages experience in wealth management, financial technology, and enterprise sales. He's worked directly with small and mid-market business owners solving real operational bottlenecks, and sold cloud and SaaS solutions across government, healthcare, finance, and manufacturing. That range now applies directly to Msigma's work across every client segment.
